GENERAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
GENERAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
BANDUNG | April 16-18, 2012 | Rp. 8.900.000,-/participant
BACKGROUND
To cope with and/or slow down the process of decline in function of the equipment or system, need to be an act of maintenance actions. Such actions are more inclined towards maintaining and/or restore the equipment or system is not very much different from the initial conditions.
Most of the components of machinery and equipment will fail after a certain operating life and a small proportion of damaged prior to age specific operation (deviation is very small) called age related failures and that suitable for Preventive Maintenance. While failure is not found the limit operating life (hard to find because of its failure to vary) is called random failures, then the match is Predictive Maintenance.
OBJECTIVES
After completion of this program participants will:
- to able know to equipment failure, maintenance actions, maintenance strategy, development of maintenance and maintenance programs
- to able know to preventive maintenance actions to restore the equipment to its original state
- to able know to maintenance planning to support the establishment of maintenance systems
- to able know to maintenance predictive actions to detect early symptoms of damage to equipment
- to able know to equipment performance measurement and hazard (failure) rate and equipment reliability analyze methods
- to able know to spare part inventory and availability
