PENDAHULUAN TRAINING FINITE ELEMENT METHODS
Solusi yang dapat ditemukan dalam permasalahan elastisitas hanyalah sedikit saja, sedang sebagian besar permasalahan elastisitas belum ditemukan pemecahan analitiknya, apalagi untuk permasalahan benda elastik dengan bentuk geometrik yang tidak sederhana.
Elemen hingga (finite element) adalah metoda numerik untuk memperoleh pemecahan permasalahan dengan cara pendekatan dengan menggunakan elemen diskrete. Metoda elemen hingga (finite element) memecahkan permasalahan elastisitas dengan membagi kontinum menjadi elemen diskret yang jumlahnya terhingga atau terbatas, dan kemudian menyatakan besaran yang akan dicari pemecahannya dalam fungsi interpolasi.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Metoda Elemen Hingga.

TUJUAN TRAINING FINITE ELEMENT METHODS
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta mempunyai pemahaman tentang pengetahuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan elastisitas menjadi elemen diskret yang jumlahnya terbatas dengan metoda elemen hingga (finite element).
MATERI TRAINING FINITE ELEMENT METHODS
1. Pendahuluan
- Matriks kekakuan lokal elemen sederhana, matriks kekakuan global sistem elemen sederhana, hubungan [K] {u} = {F} sebagai sistem persamaan linier dan syarat batas, pemecahan sistem persamaan linier dengan metoda eliminasi gauss, pemecahan global kembali ke lokal.
2. Plane truss
- Matriks kekakuan lokal dalam koordinat global matriks transformasi, pengglobalan matriks kekakuan lokal dalam matriks kekakuan global, penomoran titik nodal, pengglobalan matriks kekakuan lokal dengan cara yang lebih mudah, pemasukan kondisi batas dan pemecahan perpindahan.
3. Matriks kekakuan gaya-perpindahan untuk elemen garis dengan derajat kebebasan
- Matriks kekakuan balok, menentukan matriks kekakuan elemen balok dengan fungsi perpindahan.
4. Penurunan matriks kekakuan pada elemen segitiga
- Pemilihan sistem koordinat dan nomor titik nodal, pemilihan fungsi yang menyatakan perpindahan setiap titik pada elemen, menyatakan perpindahan elemen sebagai fungsi dari perpindahan tiap titik nodal, hubungan antara regangan dengan perpindahan, menentukan hubungan antara tegangan dengan regangan, menentukan hubungan antara gaya dengan perpindahan.
