DESKRIPSI TRAINING KINEMATIKA DAN DINAMIKA MESIN

Kinematika adalah bagian dari mekanika yang mempelajari gerak suatu benda tanpa memandang gaya yang bekerja pada benda tersebut (massa benda diabaikan). Jadi jarak yang ditempuh benda selama geraknya hanya ditentukan oleh kecepatan dan atau percepatan. Bagian yang mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan terhadap gerak disebut dinamika.

Dalam perancangan elemen-elemen mesin, hal yang sangat vital dalam pertimbangan adalah menentukan beban-beban yang bekerja pada mesin tersebut. Untuk mesin yang bergerak lambat, gaya inersia yang bekerja memang sangat kecil dibandingkan gaya beratnya. Namun, untuk mesin-mesin yang bergerak sangat cepat, gaya-gaya dinamik yang bekerja perlu dipertimbangkan karena dengan mengetahui beban-beban yang bekerja kita dapat menentukan dimensi dan material yang akan kita pilih dalam proses perancangan.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Kinematika dan Dinamika Mesin.

TUJUAN TRAINING

  2. Kinematics degree of freedom, kinematics diagram, instantaneous pole of velocity, transmission ration,
  3. Graphical method of velocity analysis (velocity polygon), auxiliary point, acceleration analysis, complex method, rolling, and equivalent mechanisms.
  4. Static force analysis (free body diagram method, transmission ratio and translation radius method),
  5. Dynamic forces
  6. Kinetostatics
  7. Balancing of rotating machineries,
  8. Balancing of reciprocating machineries,
  9. Gyroscope, and flywheel.

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
