PENDAHULUAN :
Sebagai pilar pertama, yang memusatkan pada masalah logistik dan strategis dengan momentum pada kemajuan moral terutama jajaran manajemen dan staf dalam bentuk gerakan gugus mutu, gerakan zero defect, total productive maintenance, dan sebagainya.
Dengan semakin kompleksnya pekerjaan perawatan, tuntutan kualitas pekerjaan perawatan, tuntutan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan perawatan untuk menjamin ketersediaan mesin dan peralatan secara optimum pada saat mesin digunakan, kebutuhan informasi yang dapat menunjang pekerjaan perawatan, membantu menciptakan kondisi kerja yang aman dan tertib, metoda evaluasi yang berguna dalam pengawasan perawatan, dan optimisasi ongkos perawatan, sehingga diperlukan manajemen perawatan.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Perawatan Moderen.

1. Maintenance concept
- Pengertian, tujuan, dan perkembangan perawatan, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya, dampak adanya perawatan, dan fungsi teknologi dalam perawatan.
2. Maintenance task and functional level
- The concept maintenance task, support planning, Types of Logistic Constraints, Functional Level, Information Maintenance Plan.
3. Maintenance supply chain phylosophy
- Konsep dasar manajemen logistik dan rantai pasok, New paradigma in world class logistics, Integrated Logistic System, Integrasi dalam SCM, Aktivitas SCM, Re-engineering of The Supply Chain.
4. Maintenance planning and scheduling
- Definisi dan faktor-faktor penunjang, kendala yang muncul, langkah-langkah penyusunan, dan kebijakan perencanaan perawatan, klasifikasi, persiapan, dan prinsip perencanaan perawatan, tahapan perencanaan pekerjaan perawatan, perencanaan tenaga kerja perawatan, diagram alir pekerjaan perawatan, dan standar perencanaan perawatan.
- Pengertian, tujuan, dan prinsip dasar penjadwalan, pengelompokkan penjadwalan perawatan, dan dasar penjadwalan pekerjaan perawatan.
5. Reliability centered maintenance
- Konsep dasar RCM, Fungsi keterandalan, Laju kerusakan, Distribusi teoritik keterandalan, Model laju kerusakan, Estimasi keterandalan, Penentuan fungsi keterandalan, Reliability data and analysis.
6. Total productive maintenance
- The concept TPM, The rule of TPM, The component of TPM and organization for TPM, Maximizing equipment effectiveness, TPM small and group activity, Implementation and Developing TPM.

Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
