DESKRIPSI

Era perdagangan global telah membuka peluang para eksportir untuk melakukan perdagangan di seluruh penjuru dunia. Jalur laut dalam hal ini umum digunakan yakni dengan kapal cargo karena mampu memuat banyak muatan. Namun mengangkut barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya baik melalui udara, laut dan darat mengandung unsur resiko yang perlu diantisipasi. Selama dalam pengangkutan di perjalanan, seringkali terjadi kerusakan dan atau kerugian. Apalagi proses pengangkutan barang tidak sepenuhnya diketahui oleh Anda yang mengirimkan barang. Oleh karenanya para pelaku perdagangan membutuhkan Asuransi Pengangkutan Barang (Marine Cargo Insurance) yang memberikan asuransi atas kehilangan atau kerusakan barang-barang selama pengangkutan. Dengan kata lain, Asuransi Pengangkutan Barang sangat duperlukan untuk menjamin kerugian atau kerusakan barang yang timbul pada saat pengangkutan melalui laut, darat, maupun udara dari tempat asal pengiriman barang ke tempat tujuan yang disebutkan di dalam polis pertanggungan Asuransi Marine Cargo.

TUJUAN

Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi peserta terkait prosedur yang digunakan dalam pengiriman kargo dalam perdagangan internasional, sekaligus pencegahan kerugian selama pengiriman melalui penjaminan kargo.
