INTRODUCTION :

Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan secara komprehensif mengenai Relay Proteksi dalam sistem tenaga listrik, yang meliputi konsep relaying, macam-macam reley dan karakteristik serta aplikasinya dalam sistem tenaga listrik. Topik pelatihan ditekankan pada pemilihan peralatan proteksi mulai dari Power Circuit Breaker, Instrumen Transformer dan Relay proteksi serta cara melakukan setting dan koordinasi proteksi dalam jaringan tenaga listrik diindustri, sehingga diperoleh sistem tenaga listrik yang handal. Pada pelatihan ini juga diberikan pengetahuan mengenai inspeksi dan maintenance paeralatan proteksi dalam sistem tenaga listrik yang ada di Industri.

1. Fundamentals of Protection (Need for protection, Types of Protection, Protection Zones, Types of fault and Calculation)
2. Relay Fundamentals (Types of Relay, Relay Characteristic, setting off relay)
3. Relay input sources (CTs, VTs, CVTs)
4. Overcurrent Protective Devices (Fuse, Types of Low Voltage Circuit Breaker, LV Circuit Breaker Characteristic, Types of MV/HV Circuit Breaker, Circuit Breaker Selection)
5. Generator protection (Ground Fault, Differential, Unbalance Loading, loss of excitation, out of step, etc)
6. Transformer protection (Overload, differential, sudden pressure, over temperature, low oil, etc
7. Line/Feeder protection (directional comparison, blocking, unblocking, transfer trip, etc)
8. Motor protection (ground fault, Single phasing, locked rotor, undervoltage, phase rotation, etc)
9. Coordination of Protection System (Primary and back-up protection, Need for coordination of settings, Relay/fuse coordination, Relay/recloser coordination, Fuse/recloser coordination.)
10. Maintenance and Inspection

Ir. Hasan Surya, MT. is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for Bachelor and Master program at Electrical Engineering department. Since 1985 till now Ir. Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN) and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. Hasan Surya has also worked for some companies or institution so he has got much real experiences and now he is ready to share his knowledge and experiences to industrial world throught training class.
