Tujuan

Setelah selesai mengikuti kursus ini, peserta diharapkan akan mengerti dan memahami proses kontrol peralatan dan konsep aktualnya serta faktor yang menyertai seperti setting up, maintaining, tuning dan troubleshooting pada bermacam control system. Memahami control loops dengan mempelajari batasan dan kemampuan peralatan, pengembangan produksi, efesiensi, keamanan dan kualitas produk.

7. Valve actuators (types, fail modes, dead band).
8. Pulse control modulation.
9. Variable speed motor controls (DC and AC).
10. On/Off control action.
11. Multi-point control action.
12. Analog (continuos) control.
13. Proportional / gain action (units, direct / reverse control)
14. Integral / reset action (units, windup)
15. Derivative / rate action (units, problems)
16. Application of different control modes (P, PI, PD, PID)
17. Desired control responses (QDR, etc)
18. Control loop tuning methods.
19. Intelligent controllers (adaptive tuning, auto tune, fuzzy logic)
20. Typical controller features, option and capabilities.
21. Advanced control strategies (ratio, cescade, feed-forward)
22. Common problems in process control systems.
23. Troubleshooting process control systems.

Peserta

SLTA / D3 dengan pengalaman kerja 3 tahun sebagai Teknisi, Operator listrik, karyawan maintenance dan supervisors yang familiar atau pernah mempelajari tentang “instrumentation system”.
