Description

Pelatihan ini membahas mengenai pendesainan, pemonitoran dan pengevaluasian partisipasi di proyek – proyek pengembangan masyarakat (community development) dengan menggunakan persoalan – persoalan yang ada di masyarakat sekitar (lokal). Pembahasan berikutnya adalah mengenai bagaimana melakukan pelibatan terhadap proyek – proyek pengembangan masyarakat dan juga membahas mengenai prinsip – prinsip pengembangan masyarakat. Disamping itu, pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana mengelola konflik, baik konflik di dalam internal perusahaan, maupun konflik perusahaan dengan lingkungan eksternal.
