PENDAHULUAN :

Ongkos perawatan dalam undang-undang perpajakan didefinisikan sebagai pengeluaran atau belanja untuk perbaikan dan pemulihan dari kinerja peralatan, dalam hal ini masih mencakup pemotongan ongkos. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya di lapangan ongkos perawatan meliputi banyak faktor dan tidaklah mudah.

Dalam banyak kasus, proses penggantian komponen, dan perbaikan kecil atau modifikasi, banyak penentuan spesifikasi komponen yang kurang cermat,  sehingga dilakukan estimasi anggaran yang tidak cermat pula.

Apabila peralatan melewati periode kegagalan awal, dan memasuki periode kegagalan pemakaian, dan tatkala perbaikan atau modifikasi akan dilakukan kadangkala penggunaan biayanya diterapkan sebagai laporan modal termasuk di dalamnya laporan ongkos perbaikan. Perbaikan kecil dan modifikasi kecil termasuk ke dalam ongkos perbaikan. Pertimbangannya, dapat dipahami sehingga cakupan dari ongkos perawatan bisa berubah-ubah.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Sistem dan Ongkos Perawatan.

Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang perawatan mesin dan peralatan pada industri rekayasa.

TUJUAN TRAINING :

Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan peserta memiliki pemahaman lebih tentang pengetahuan sistem dan ongkos perawatan.

  • Ruang lingkup ongkos perawatan, klasifikasi ongkos perawatan, klasifikasi ongkos perawatan berdasarkan pola pengelolaannya.

9.   Sistem dan model perhitungan ongkos perawatan

  • Elemen-elemen ongkos perawatan, perhitungan ongkos perawatan

10. Pengurangan ongkos perawatan

  • Sudut pandang untuk pengurangan ongkos perawatan, tindakan yang diambil untuk mengurangi biaya perawatan

11. Estimasi ongkos dan penyusunan anggaran perawatan

  • Metode estimasi anggaran belanja perawatan, susunan anggaran belanja perawatan, pengendalian anggaran ongkos perawatan.

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
