• Pembahasan tentang reaksi elektrokimia (reaksi anodik dan katodik)
• Pembahasan tentang jenis-jenis larutan (asam dan basa)
• Pembahasan tentang sel galvanic
• EMF dan Standar sel gavanik ( Anodik dan Katodik )
• Sel  Potensial dan EMF Series
• Electrode , Kerapatan Arus ;

1. Memahami Tentang Polarisasi
   1. Pembahasan aktivasi , konsentrasi,  deposite larutan dan arus
   2. Perhitungan laju deposite pada anoda
   3. Perhitungan karapatan arus
   4. Pembahasan passivity
2. Memahami Proses Pelapisan Logam
   • Pembahasan Kimia Permukaan
   • Pembahsan Elektrophoresis
   • Pembahasan Mempersiapkan permukaan (surface preparasi)

• Metoda dan Teknik Mempersiapkan Permukaan  (Abrasive, degreasing, cleaning, Pikling)
• Sistem kontrol pelapisan logam (Plating Tank Wiring Diagram)
• Tahapan Pelapisan (elektroplating) [ Praktikum Pelapisan]
  • Mempersiapkan larutan untuk keperluaan pelapisan Anodaizing
  • Metoda Pelapisan tembaga
  • Metoda Pelapisan Nikel, Chromium dan Hard Chomium

 

INSTRUKTUR :

Ir. Slamet Sucipto,MT.  and Team

Drs. Slamet Sutjipto, MT. was graduated from ITB Bandung in metallurgical engineering. He is lecturer in mechanical engineering department at politeknik negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). He improved his competencies by following some courses beside his formal education. In his campus, he teachs for some subjects e.g.: material engineering or knowledge of material, energy convertion machine, engineering thermodynamics, instrumentation and control, practice of maintenance and repair, pneumatics and hydraulics. Drs. Slamet Sutjipto, MT. has been teaching training class for companies in Indonesia on several topics e.g.: NDT and Quality Assurance, Metallurgy for Metallurgist, Inspection and Corrosion, Failure Analysis Method, Engineering Material, Testing of Material, Design of Mechanic, Coating System and Protection.
