LATAR BELAKANG :

Peningkatan kemampuan ilmu pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada bidang pengelasan yang mendukung proses fabrikasi mutlak menjadi acuan program pengembangan di perusahaan-perusahaan guna meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan serta kualitas hasil manufaktur/produksi.

Program pengembangan pada bidang terapan khususnya dalam bidang pengelasan logam harus seimbang antara pengetahuan yang dimiliki dengan ketrampilan yang menjadi andalan  pada level– level  atau jenjang tertentu. Sehingga hasil kualitas pekerjaan yang baik dapat dicapai di dalam proses produksi / fabrikasi  yang dilakukan dan akan selalu mengacu kepada prosedur dan standar yang  baku, hal ini penting untuk memulai pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam bidang rekayasa khususnya di bidang pengelasan secara profesional.

Proses oksi asetilen yaitu proses pengelasan menggunakan gas yang dilakukan dengan membakar bahan bakar gas asetilen dengan oksigen, sehingga menimbulkan nyala api dengan suhu yang dapat mencairkan logam induk dan logam pengisi.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Proses Pengelasan Oksi Asetilen (Oxy Acetylene Welding).

9. Praktek proses pengelasan oksi asetilen (butt weld, root pass dan butt weld multi pass).

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team
was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
