DESKRIPSI TRAINING MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
Sebagai salah satu kinerja perfomansi suatu perusahaan manufaktur modern saat ini adalah cepat tanggapnya sistem pelaksanaan perawatan yang diakibatkan adanya perubahan dan perkembangan fasilitas pabrik yang dirancang sedemikian rupa kompleks dengan sasaran untuk menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas tinggi dan cepat. Pada dasarnya perawatan merupakan kombinasi dari semua tindakan teknik dan tindakan administratatif untuk mempertahankan kondisi atau mengembalikan kondisi fungsi komponen.
Sebagai faktor pendukung untuk menunjang keberhasilan sistem produksi bagi industri rekayasa untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan kompetitif diperlukan teknik maupun metoda pengelolaan atau manajemen perawatan yang handal. Namun tidaklah mudah penerapan bentuk-bentuk kebijakan perawatan mulai dari yang tidak direncanakan hingga terencanapun masih pula ditemukan hal-hal yang tidak efisien.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Perawatan (Maintenance Management).

MATERI TRAINING MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
1. Konsep dan strategi perawatan.
- Pengertian, tujuan, dan perkembangan perawatan, strategi perawatan, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya, dampak adanya perawatan, dan fungsi teknologi dalam perawatan.
2. Manajemen dan organisasi perawatan.
- Pengertian manajemen perawatan, aspek-aspek manajemen perawatan, prosedur perawatan, organisasi kerja bidang perawatan (arti organisasi, struktur organisasi, bentuk-bentuk organisasi, contoh organisasi perawatan).
3. Perencanaan perawatan.
- Pengertian perencanaan dan faktor-faktor penunjang, langkah-langkah penyusunan perencanaan, kebijakan dan prinsip perencanaan perawatan, tahapan perencanaan pekerjaan perawatan, perencanaan tenaga kerja perawatan, dan standar perencanaan perawatan
4. Penjadwalan perawatan.
- Pengertian dan tujuan penjadwalan, prinsip dasar penjadwalan, pengelompokkan penjadwalan perawatan, dan dasar penjadwalan pekerjaan perawatan.
5. Manajemen suku cadang
- Manajemen suku cadang: klasifikasi suku cadang, prinsip suku cadang, matrik penyediaan suku cadang, administrasi suku cadang, penentuan kebutuhan suku cadang, persediaan suku cadang,

- Manajemen pergudangan: pergerakan material, pengertian pergudangan dan gudang, fungsi dan tanggung jawab gudang, bentuk dan peran gudang, tugas pergudangan, alasan perlunya manajemen pergudangan, ukuran unjuk kerja pergudangan, prinsip manajemen pergudangan, administrasi pergudangan, perencanaan kapasitas gudang,
7. Perencanaan biaya perawatan.
- Pengertian dan efisiensi biaya perawatan, factor-faktor pertimbangan penyusunan anggaran perawatan, estimasi biaya dan penyusunan anggaran perawatan, dan perhitungan biaya perawatan total.
8. Konsep RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
- Tujuan RCM, prinsip dasar RCM, langkah proses RCM, komponen RCM, laju kerusakan dan ukuran kinerja peralatan.
9. Konsep TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- The concept TPM, the rule of TPM, the component of TPM and organization for TPM, TPM small and group activity, implementation and developing TPM.

Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
